Antiquing - Warwick Valley is the home of many fabulous antique shops.

Biking - Enjoy the beautiful countryside, bike around the Village of Warwick, along the bike path in Wawayanda State Park or Heritage Trail. Bring your own or rent from Joe Fix Its. You can call them at 845-294-7242 or visit them on line at www.joefixits.com

Boating - Greenwood Lake offers many marinas to rent motor boats or jet skis. Wawayanda State Park offers row boats and paddle boats. Hudson Highlands Crusies, Inc - Crusies on the Hudson River. 845-534-SAIL. The River Rose Cruises - From the Newburgh Landing. 845-562-1067

Fishing - Access to local lakes and a stream (just ask).

Horse Drawn Rides- Denman Farm offers Sleigh Rides, Wagon Rides and Carriage Rides with a team of Draft Horses. Also available are Driving Lessons.  Any of the 'rides' is absolutely wonderful experience. Call for reservations.  A carriage is available for weddings or other special occasions.

Hiking - The Appalachian Trail meanders through Warwick, Wawayanda State Park or a favorite for many, Sugar Loaf Mountain.

Skiing - Warwick's Mount Peter Ski Area www.mtpeter.com A wonderful family mountain, ski and stay packages available! Their Slopes overlook the Warwick Valley and are only four miles from our home.  Also nearby is Mountain Creek with over 20 million dollars in snow making equipment, a new ski lodge at southern trails and eight person ski lifts! Ski and stay packages available! Besides downhill skiing, Mountain Creek offers a summer water park, miniature golf, and an alpine slide.  Other nearby ski areas include: Hidden Valley & Sterling Forest.

Swimming - Enjoy the day at the lake! Wawayanda State Park has a beach to relax or play and a crisp lake to cool off in!

Wine Tasting - The Warwick Valley, Applewood Winery and Demarest Hill Winery are located in Warwick for your  tasting and touring pleasure. Brotherhood Winery, one of the countrys oldest wineries, is nearby. Or make a day of it, follow the Shawangunk Wine Trail. There are 7–8 wineries to visit.
