The accommodations of the Warwick
Valley Bed and Breakfast have been carefully considered to make your stay as comfortable
as possible. Each centrally air conditioned and smoke free room is tastefully decorated
with an eclectic combination of antiques and country furnishings.
All rooms have televisions/VCRs, high speed internet connection, and telephone/radio alarm clocks.
All guestrooms are spacious and include private baths and sitting areas.

The Provincial - Named from
its French provincial furniture, is comfortably elegant, providing a king-size bed with a
striped yellow and white comforter and colorful pillow shams; dressing screen and a couch
with antique coffee table (couch can pull out for additional guests as well).
The Paisley - A queen bed is
dressed with a paisley bedskirt, comforter and pillow shams in blues and variations of
pink with an antique trunk and wardrobe. This room invites a warm, calming feeling.
The Ashley -This charming room features a queen bed is dressed with flowered bedskirt, comforter and
pillow shams in pinks and blues. With an oak dresser and antique desk, this room is
light and cheerful.
The Floridian - Twin beds
are colorful in yellows and pinks. This bright room with a ceiling fan radiates a tropical
feel and is tied together with just the right chairs and pictures.The
beds can be doubled as a king, which is done very comfortably.
The Dutchess -This room invites the feeling of royalty with its grand king bed and large
antique pieces.
Rates: $120 to $175 plus
8.125% sales tax
(Call for off season dates and rates).
Reservations: Either one night's
deposit is required at the time of the reservation or a credit card will hold the room.
Cancellations: We require 7 day's notice for cancellations or as discussed.
Check in/out : Check in at 2 p.m. or after. Check out by 11 am. Inquire for earlier check in
or later check out.
